Please be aware that we are unable to access our clinical system due to the current IT issues effecting a lot of services world wide.
The practice telephones are still working but we request that you do not contact us unless you have a medical emergency. The doctors will do their best to help you but they do not have access to your records and will not be able to access test results.

Please be aware that our Rooksdown Site will be closed on Wednesday 24th July due to electrical works in the area. We will be running a full service from our Town Centre site on this day.

Opening Hours
We are open Monday to Friday 8:00 - 6:30 pm.
Out of Hours Service: Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service.
